Where on earth is this? If you drew a staightline between Sacramento and the middle of Lake Tahoe, the location is in the middle of that line. Eldorado National Forest runs east from the party site to Lake Tahoe. 6900 Bear Creek Road was my former home address in Garden Valley, CA 95633. That punched into your Google maps, will bring you to a locked gate now. That is where the party will be. As I recall it is 25 minutes from Georgetown, CA South along Hyway 193 to Traverse Creek Rd. The road only goes east on a angle.(8 miles approx) Follow Travese Creek road past 2 bridges.(6miles approx) take a right on Bear Creek Rd. In 3 miles you will pass Bear Creek Picnic Area~National Forest Service big woos sign. take the next right and continue for 3 miles till you see the party. You will pass A house on the creek~drive slow, a house on a knoll, up a hill and then the McCabe former house will be on the right. That's where the party is!
